Nick Cave And Grinderman - The Forum, Melbourne - Oct 17, 2007

Chelsea and the two of us went in to Melbourne, this time to The Forum to see Nick Cave and teh Grinderman. It was something special to see Nick Cave in his home country. He started out his career playing the bars of Melbourne. The Forum was gorgeous, complete with Gothic architecture and most importantly fantastic sound. Highlights for both of us was Cave playing our wedding song, Into My Arms on the piano.

If this tour comes to Canada, GO SEE IT! Grinderman rocked hard. We spent a little time up front a couple feet from the band to hear and see the experience in the loudest possible way. Outstanding.

The Forum

Greg grew Nick Cave handlebar mustache for the event.

Natalie and Chelsea.

Greg swears he was pointing at him.

Warren Ellis on the far left played a fantastic violin.

Nick Cave solo was really Nick Cave and the Bad Seed material performed with Grinderman. It did not dissapoint though!
